Welcome to the Robin Terman Jewelry’s website terms and conditions for use. These apply to the access or use of this website, and by placing an order online with us. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be so bound by these terms and conditions, please exit the website immediately. References to “we,” “us,” “our,” and “RTJ” refer to Robin Terman Jewelry, 528 Palisades Drive, Suite 533, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 USA. References to “customer,” “user,” and “visitor” refer to you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS –PURCHASES

Ordering
If goods are currently in stock, we ship within five business days.
If items are not currently in stock, it takes approximately 4-6 weeks to ship. If items are not available, we will cancel the order and provide a refund via the same payment method used for purchase.
Currently, we are only selling and shipping to customers in the USA and Canada.

Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards, and PayPal. We will not hold merchandise for you without payment. Prices and available inventory are subject to change until we approve your order.

Sales tax
For orders shipped or delivered within California, you will be charged the combined state and Los Angeles sales tax (currently 9.5%). All taxes, including sales and use taxes, on non-California transactions are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping
Robin Terman Jewelry offers FREE SHIPPING on orders above $200 shipped via United States Postal ServiceGround/2nd Day Priority Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that we do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or on orders shipped outside the United States. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) 2nd Day with a fee of $65.In some priority shipping instances, we will ship via UPS or FedEx, which will be paid by you.

Return Policy

Robin Terman Jewelry hopes you are happy with your purchase.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of your receipt of goods.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, undamaged and unaltered items.
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.
For returns on items we shipped by priority services such as UPS or FedEx, you will be credited for the cost of the item only. We do not credit shipping charges.
Once we approve your return, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment within one week from the receipt of the items.
We do not accept merchandise that was purchased other than on robinterman.com
Sale/Reduced-Price/Closeout items are final sale for which no refunds will be provided.

Return Policy for Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and require at least a 50% deposit at time the order is placed. You can cancel custom ordersonly within 48 hours of purchase.

Repairs
At Robin Terman Jewelry, quality is of utmost importance. Please note that our jewelry is delicate by nature. It is up to you to care for your jewelry to reduce ordinary wear and tear and avoid damage.
Pricing on repairs will vary depending on what is necessary.
We will gladly repair an item at no charge for any manufacturer defect within 6 months of purchase; after 6 months, you will pay for such repairs.

Restrictions on Use of Downloaded Material.
Use of any materials found on the RTJ website is limited to your private, personal, non-commercial use. You may download content of this website for your private, personal, non-commercial use only.
