Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn and unaltered items.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns on items using priority services as UPS or FedEx you will be credited or the cost of the item only. We do not credit shipping charges.

Once the approval of your return you will receive a refund to the original form of payment within one week from the receipt of the items.

Custom orders are non-refundable or cannot be exchanged and require a 50% deposit at time the order is placed. Custom orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

At Robin Terman Jewelry, quality is of utmost importance. Our jewelry is delicate by nature.

Pricing on repairs will vary depending on what is necessary.

We will gladly repair an item at no charge for any manufacturer defect within 6 months of purchase.
Repairs needed after 6 months will need to be accessed and repair charges will be at customers expense.
